The Bible speaks about the newly converted Lydia who provided her home in Philippi for the Apostle Paul and his company to find rest. In the same way, the Lydia Home Foundation would like to provide housing for those who have labored faithfully on the mission field and now are ready to seek a short-term rest from the rigors of missionary service.
Organized in 1998 as an independent, 501c3, not-for-profit corporation, the Lydia Home Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors from several area evangelical churches who share a common vision for missionaries.
Any missionaries seeking affordable, short-term housing through the Lydia Home Foundation will be required to submit an application to the organization. All applicants will be reviewed by the Board, and selections will be made at its sole discretion. Interested missionaries are invited to contact the organization at its Londonderry, NH address.
